Ground Shipping
Ground Shipping is Usually 2-3 days, if you
require faster deliver please select an alternate method.
Items are not generally shipped on weekends or holidays.
Special Order or Backorder Items
We will notify you by email or by telephone within one
business day if the item you order is a special order or
on backorder with the manufacturer. Our correspondence will
include the anticipated delivery time frame.
Out of Stock Items or Shipping delays
We do our very best to maintain accurate stock levels but
occasionally there may be shortages of some products. We
cannot be held liable for such situations or for shipping
delays. Projectormounts.ca (A division of Complete-IT) reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders
subject to full refunds being issued.
Shipping Problems
Any costs incurred due to refused shipments (except
damaged), orders cancelled after shipment, orders
cancelled after they are placed with our distributors and
manufactures, change of address after shipment, incorrect
addresses on original orders (when customers fault) etc
many be subject to a non-refundable service fee, this will
be deducted from refunds.
